METHODS OF PAYMENT- “PCA” accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa and Master Card
Cash, check or money order customers- Must have a credit card on file. At the time of registration, you will be required to pay the first month class fee and a deposit. The deposit will equal the first month tuition.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE REQUIREMENT- All customers are required to keep a current credit card on file with “PCA”, and must complete a credit card authorization form. If the credit card on file expires or the customer wishes to place a different credit card on file, it is the customer’s responsibility to do so before the 1st day of the month.
PAYMENT POLICY- All charges at “PCA” are billed on or about the 1st day of each month and become due immediately. Customers must pay on or before the 1st day of each month to pay their account via cash, check, etc. All amounts remaining due on the 2nd day of the month will be charged to the credit card on file for the account. Any accounts with a balance due after the 2nd day of the month will automatically be charged a $15.00 late fee, and the student(s) associated with the account may be withheld from participating in activities at “PCA”. This includes accounts in which the credit card transaction on their account is declined for any reason. Any check/money order returned unpaid for any reason will incur a $30.00 return fee and a $15.00 late fee. If more than 1 check/money order is returned from the same customer within a 6 month period we will no longer accept checks/money orders from that customer as a form of payment.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE- All customers must pay a $35.00 annual registration fee to participate in any activities at “PCA”. This fee is charged on June 1st of each year.
DROP POLICY- "Pandora Cheerleading athletes are enrolled in class until notified by parent or guardian via email requesting to be removed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org by the 20th of the month in order to stop auto billing for the following month. Athletes that do not properly withdraw from a class will be responsible for any outstanding tuition. Class tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Drop Class
REFUND POLICY- “PCA” does not refund tuition for any reason.
CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY- “PCA” does not offer “Make-Up” classes unless “PCA” cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case of a cancelled class, “PCA” will offer a “Make-Up” class on a Saturday within 4 weeks of the class cancellation. In the event “PCA” is not able to schedule the “Make-Up” class within 4 weeks, “PCA” will credit 25% of the monthly class tuition amount back to the customer’s PCA account.
PRIVATE INSTRUCTION- “PCA” offers private instruction for those who are interested. Please see our Private Instruction Policies if you are interested in private instruction.
GYM ADMITTANCE- Only Pandora Cheer staff and currently registered students are allowed in the gym. Parents are not allowed in the gym. Students are only allowed in the gym during their normal class times.
PARENT OBSERVATION AREA- The parent observation area is reserved for parents/families wishing to observe their student in class. Please refrain from commenting about other students, and maintain control of your children in the parent viewing area so others can enjoy watching their students.
HOLIDAYS AND WEATHER DAYS- Their will be holidays throughout the year. The class fee was calculated with this in mind. The cost for class each month will always be the same, unless there is a cancellation on the part of "PCA
